Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

All products sold through this website are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping costs apply.

How Delivery Works

After your payment is confirmed by Paddle, you receive an email at the address given during checkout containing your download link. Delivery is normally immediate — within a few minutes of purchase.

File Formats

Products are delivered as PDF, with additional file formats where stated on the product page. No special software beyond a standard PDF reader is required.

Download Availability

Download links remain valid for 30 days. You are advised to save the files locally. If your link expires or you lose the files, contact us at hello@weissexplorers.com and we will re-issue access.

If Delivery Fails

If you have not received your email within one hour of purchase:

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Verify the email address you entered at checkout.
3. Contact us at hello@weissexplorers.com with your order reference — we will send the files directly.

Geographic Availability

Digital products are available worldwide. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location.
