Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and store copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the files, in whole or in part, or use them as the basis for commercial manufacture without a separate written agreement.

5. Technical Content — No Warranty of Fitness

The documentation describes a system built and tested by WeissExplorers under specific conditions. It is provided for informational purposes.

Building, modifying, and operating water filtration and pressure systems involves risk. You are responsible for verifying that any component, material, or method is suitable for your application, complies with applicable law and standards in your jurisdiction, and is safe under your operating conditions. Water treated with a system built from this documentation is not guaranteed to be potable.

WeissExplorers accepts no liability for damages, injury, or loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, the documentation, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

7. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
